Associate – Fund Management in Logistics & Real Estate recruitment

Responsibilities:

Focus on annual budget review process and periodic reforecasts of Fund performance
Assist the reporting process to ensure timely delivery of reports to investors
Responsible for analysis and preparation of property and Fund-level business plans within reporting timelines
Responsible for fund-level portfolio models that track actual and forecast financial outlook
Work closely with local market officers and property managers to ensure each asset is receiving proper oversight
Travel to various Fund markets to tour assets and develop/deepen relationships with field leasing and management associates
Plan and coordinate capital calls and distributions, optimize cash holdings and coordinate the movement of cash within the Fund structure
Coordinate debt strategies with internal treasury department and provide financing recommendations with supporting analysis
Coordinate periodic asset valuations in conjunction with appraisal management team
Help conduct periodic hold/sell analyses at the market, submarket and individual asset levels
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and related experience
4 - 7 years of real estate fund management or related experience
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to effectively present information to senior management.
Strong financial modelling skills and related experience
Strong knowledge of relevant legal principles.
Team player
Willingness to occasionally work irregular or long hours. Strong sense of ownership and drive to see through projects to conclusion
Some travel may be required
