Our client is a leading independent investment bank focused on providing financial advice on MA, restructuring, financings and capital raisings to corporations, partnerships, institutions and governments.

As an Associate in the Corporate Finance and MA advisory practice, the successful candidate will have knowledge and experience in;

- Management and training of Juniors and reporting upwards
- Creation and Review of Financial Models produced
- Production of IM and running the Auction process
- Liaison with Clients when required
- Full Deal competition and management from Origination to Execution

Key Requirements
The client is ideally looking for a candidate with;

- Strong Modelling review skills
- Strong UK deal exposure
- Good understanding of the MA process including Take over codes
- Excellent presentation skills
- Flexibility on learning new sectors
