Associate 1-2 (Transportation/Infrastructure) M&A / Leverage Finance
Our client is a leading US boutique and they are urgently looking to build on their Associate numbers as they are winning regular mandates, closing numerous deals and growing from strength to strength.
This is a deal rich environment with very strong client relationships across the mid-market space; you will be working on numerous mandates from day one.
Responsibilities:
- Management and training of Juniors and reporting upwards
- Creation and Review of Financial Models produced
- Production of IM and running the Auction process
- Liaison with Clients when required
Requirements:
- MUST be from a bulge bracket or top tier boutique
- Transportation/Infrastructure/Industrial sector knowledge is essential
- Strong technical skills from a financial modelling perspective;
- A background in MA / Leverage Finance
