Associate 1/2 – Corporate Finance Boutique – Multiple Sectors
Our client is a leading corporate finance boutique and they are urgently looking to build on their Associate numbers, as they are winning regular mandates and closing numerous deals.
This is a deal rich environment and they have some very strong client relationships across the mid market space and you will be working on numerous mandates from day one.
The role will entail;
- Management and training of Juniors and reporting upwards;
- Creation and Review of Financial Models produced;
- Production of IM and running the Auction process;
- Liaison with Clients when required;
You will need:
- A bulge bracket or top tier boutique background ideally;
- Strong technical skills from a financial modelling perspective;
- A background in MA;
