Associate 1/2 Investment Banking M&A recruitment
Our client is highly reputed and significantly successful in MA advisory and they require 2 Associates for their top ranked London MA team. In its significant history, 2011 was one of their best ever years and this is reflective of the quality of the people and the relationships they bring with them. This is an environment that receives international industry recognition and awards and is highly stable. You will be part of a generalist MA execution team as part of a pool of bulge bracket trained Associates executing transactions across a range of sectors. You will benefit from further excellent training, significant input from the senior team and an opportunity to specialize at the VP level in a particular sector - this is a positive, collegiate, non-political and deal driven environment with strong deal flow / pipeline.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- At least 4 - 5 years MA investment banking experience ideally from a Bulge Bracket Bank or Tier 1 platform.
- Solid UK MA execution angle.
- Outstanding financial analysis skills and the ability to construct complex models with little or no supervision.
- 1st class Academics.
- Confidence, someone capable of generating ideas thinking entrepreneurially.
