Position Description:
Experienced project associate required for a role managing a series of projects for ISG Finance Controllers. The role involves all aspects of project management, including planning, costing, metrics, issue and risk management, communication to oversee successful delivery.
The candidate will be involved with projects across multiple work-streams, manage/mitigate cross-portfolio dependencies, and interact with other Finance groups, IT and other Firm partners as needed.

This role will utilize the resource capacity matrix to measure ISG Finance's project resources and will track the RTB / IT enhancement requests process as well as oversee CTB project status reporting.

A successful candidate will need to be able to:
- Setup and report on the multiple programs simultaneously
- Budgeting and cost management of actual vs. plan
- Manage/Coordinate project plans/deliverables and dependencies across work-streams
- Manage project prioritization and resource allocation across programs
- Facilitate decisions as they relate to risks, issues, timelines, scope and resources across a global project portfolio
- Ensure communication and information transparency to key stakeholders and senior management
- Work closely with Finance CTB and Firm FHC teams to ensure their risk management and reporting deliverables are met

Skills Required:
Experience supporting a Project Office, including developing and tracking project plans, as well as forecasting and tracking budget
- Prior experience with software development and business related projects.
- Strong organization skills and ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to set standards and promote usage with project teams within ISG Finance
- Program reporting to senior management and central teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
- Ability to work well under time constraints and with multiple projects
- Advanced MS Office skills, including Project, PowerPoint and Excel
