The team is relatively niche and cover particular sectors within TMT, this often means that they cover specialist transactions and are incredibly busy with a good pipeline. They often tailor their deal teams for each specific deal and Analysts will be expected to be involved in every aspect of the MA process. - The ideal candidate will have a few years at a leading bulge-bracket firm and an extensive transaction history
- Deals within the TMT space would be preferable, however, a strong interest in the sector will also suffice
- The firm is incredibly high energy and fast paced, the hierarchy is incredibly flat and this leads to a very open environment the suitable candidate should be looking for this type of environment
- You will need to have extensive modelling skills and a desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment
- Candidates with accountancy backgrounds are ideal, however, it is essential that they have had Investment Banking experience after leaving an accountancy firm
