Role Summary/Purpose
Responsible for the accurate and timely review of executed lease and loan documents in preparation for booking funding.
Essential Responsibilities
Review executed loan / lease documents for legal, risk and policy compliance and prepare for funding.
Transmit funding package to booking and imaging departments resulting in the proper booking onto GE systems.
Obtain necessary documentation, including, but not limited to: required documents, deal conditions, insurance certificates, etc. that meet company policy requirements deal approval requirements for each transaction.
Request UCCs and titles where applicable, and follow for appropriate subordinations when required.
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED.
Knowledge of contract documents and terms of obligations.
PC proficiency (including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Eligibility Requirements:
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SATISFY THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 19 OF THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT.

Desired Characteristics
Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience with lease and/or loan preparation.
Knowledge of lease and loan documentation, lien perfection, and lease issues
Experience with any type of Equipment or Inventory Financing experience preferred
Experience working within a Large, Matrixed Organization
Conflict resolution and problem solving skills.
Ability and willingness to work extended hours on short notice.
Ability to multitask.
Detailed oriented.
