    Role Summary/Purpose
    Responsible for the accurate and timely review of executed lease and loan documents in preparation for booking funding.

    Essential Responsibilities

  • Review executed loan / lease documents for legal, risk and policy compliance and prepare for funding.
  • Transmit funding package to booking and imaging departments resulting in the proper booking onto GE systems.
  • Obtain necessary documentation, including, but not limited to: required documents, deal conditions, insurance certificates, etc. that meet company policy requirements deal approval requirements for each transaction.
  • Request UCCs and titles where applicable, and follow for appropriate subordinations when required.

    Qualifications/Requirements
    Basic Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Knowledge of contract documents and terms of obligations.
  • PC proficiency (including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).

  • YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SATISFY THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 19 OF THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT.

  • Must be willing to comply with pre-employment screening, including but not limited to, drug testing, reference verification and background check.
  • Must be willing to work out of an office in Moberly, MO.

    Desired Characteristics

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience with lease and/or loan preparation.
  • Knowledge of lease and loan documentation, lien perfection, and lease issues
  • Experience with any type of Equipment or Inventory Financing experience preferred
  • Experience working within a Large, Matrixed Organization
  • Conflict resolution and problem solving skills.
  • Ability and willingness to work extended hours on short notice.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Detailed oriented.
