Associate
• Transaction execution support for Syndication of Debt transactions, where specifically responsible for transaction structuring, financial modelling and appraisals, preparation of transaction material (Information Memorandum/ Teaser Notes/ Presentations), transaction marketing and coordination among various parties involved in the transaction
• Support for Deal origination (research, identify and pitch to prospective client), Market research and deal screening
• Regular updates on relevant developments/ issues/ news relating to working field
• Since they are a small team, candidate will need to support on all day to day activities including co-ordination with various support teams
The ideal candidate will have a good foundation of experience in London/ Europe in investment banking, corporate finance or private equity space.Candidate should have basic working relationships with investment banking firms and Private equity funds. The candidate should have strong skills in Financial analysis/ transaction evaluation including financial modelling and be proficient with MS Office applications
MBA / CA / CFA is preferable but not essential
