Commerce and Technology Law: Associate 4-8 PQE - London
A Silver Circle firm is looking for a mid-level Associate to join their Commerce and Technology practice in London. The firm has a broad client base across many different industry sectors. Excellent training will be provided as well as a dedicated professional support lawyer.
On a day to day basis you will be advising on consumer law and data protection whilst drafting and negotiating all types of commercial agreements. Activities also include advising on outsourcing and other service arrangements. As a mid level associate you will supervise and assist Junior Assistants and trainees.
You will have an excellent academic record with a 2:1 degree as well as relevant commercial law/IP experience within a reputable team. Marketing and business development skills would be an advantage. Excellent knowledge of contract law and commercial disciplines will be required.
