Responsibilities
· First point of contact for Asia for US Global Commercial Banking clients.
· Manage Cash Management and Trade account portfolio of about 200-300 names per account officer.
· Facilitate account opening, electronic banking implementation simple solutioning through cooperation with International Business Development Officers in the USA.
· Assess and identify clients needs and requirements related to trade servicing/financing and treasury management/liquidity management and partner closely with other lines of businesses, such as Product Management, Client Delivery Services and Operations, to structure solutions or address critical client issues
· Production of simple proposals and letters to confirm requirements.
· Pricing at standard rates to maximize returns.
· Manage and control the KYC process
· Revenue retention and growth through establishing a relationship, which is proactive and close via Phone, Email and Fax.
· Requests for credit allocation when appropriate.
· Market new products to the account portfolio via email notification.
· Constantly reviewing these names to ensure that the names achieves and maintains hurdle profitability levels or exits the relationship based on BAML's business objectives.
· Working closely with the US Sales person to support the international marketing effort to these names.
· Identify and implement revenue opportunities for names assigned via cross-sell opportunities through ongoing discussions with clients.
· Work with Fulfillment team to ensure a smooth implementation and high client satisfaction.
· Ensure timely resolution of relationship sensitive client servicing issues within the organization and act as the senior escalation point in relationship sensitive key service issues
· Use the pipeline to record all new deals open (pipeline) and closed (wins).
· Completion of ad-hoc projects related to names and accounts, including:
- identifying and closing inactive accounts
- Re-pricing of low-revenue generating accounts

Skills
- Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, sales, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently on single country or simple regional treasury management and trade solutions.
- Good organisation skills and ability to manage a variety of responsibilities and prioritise effectively.
- A strong team player who understands how to leverage various business functions/partners to drive business growth and support the US Commerical team.
- Strong client engagement skills with an unwavering focus on client satisfaction and growing business.
- Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, etc).
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with a major financial institution's cash management and/or trade sales function with specific focus on selling to Multinational Corporate clients.
- Basic knowledge of corporate and commercial banking, including credit as well as trade, foreign exchange, cash management, short-term investments and working capital management.
