Associate/ Analyst
This impressive and ambitious top tier bank is looking for Analysts/Associates to join their Corporate Broking team, within the wider Equity Capital Markets division.
Our client is a major international investment bank with a growing Equity Capital Markets division. Within ECM, the Corporate Broking team works as Generalists to engage with FTSE 100 to FTSE 350 firms. (Typical market cap between £750m and £4bn)
The firm has aggressively expanded their brokership roster with 11 new client wins of major names over the last 2 years and has climbed the league table in almost every asset class within the UK, EMEA and Global Equity Capital Markets.
To continue this run of success they are now looking for Analysts/Associates to grow their team.
The Candidate:
• Excellent academic qualifications
• At least 2-4 years of ECM / Corporate Broking experience
• Strong knowledge of the UK market and regulatory landscape
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong knowledge of the processes related to listings on the London Stock Exchange (listing rules, takeover code, regulatory obligations)
• Excellent financial acumen (DCF / WACC modelling)
• Strength in the preparation of pitch material and client presentations. Must have strong MS Office skills (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
