M&A Associate TMT
This award-winning MA boutique firm is looking for an Associate with 3-5 years experience to join their corporate finance team.
The firm has a proven track record of completing mid market mergers and acquisition deals across telecoms, technology and media, in which they have advised and executed on deals of up to £300 million. The clients range from innovative start-ups to established principle companies.
To maintain the premier nature of their service they require a bright and dynamic Associate to facilitate their MA deals through client liaison, deal execution and research.
The role:
· Building and reviewing financial models
· Valuation work, calculating discounted cash flows
· Providing transaction services and due diligence
· Identifying value drivers
· Sector Research
· Client pitching
· Execution of both sell and buy side deals
The requirements:
· Excellent academic qualifications
· 3 years of experience within Corporate Finance
· Post-graduate qualification such as MBA or ACA would be advantageous
· Ability to build financial models such as DCFs and LBOs
· Ability to valuate intangible assets
· Experience in coordinating the due diligence process
