Associate/ Assistant Vice President, Information Security Specialist, Technology Infrastructure, Technology and Operations recruitment
The Technology and Operations team designs, develops and maintains computer application systems to support banking operations and provide innovative IT solutions, while harnessing new technologies to meet corporate objectives. In addition, we centralise, standardise and regionalise like-activities to achieve economies of scale and improve/re-engineer end-to-end processes to achieve world-class standards.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end management and implementation of security projects and initiatives
- Work with vendors, IT, business and security staff to ensure appropriate planning, communication, and execution of plans and activities ensuring smooth and successful implementation of security projects and initiatives
- Participate in security product evaluation, POC and recommendations.
- Collaborate with security architecture and engineers, infrastructure and applications teams and vendors to identify innovative security solutions for implementation.
- Manage and drive the successful implementation of security projects and initiatives.
- Support project operations activities until successful transition to operations mode.
Requirements
- Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) with minimum 3 years of working experience.
- Experience in designing and implementing security solutions in a banking environment preferred.
- Willing to support after-office hours production issues
- Working experience with Operating Systems (Microsoft Windows, Sun Solaris), Databases (Microsoft SQL, Oracle) required
- Familiar with technical security solutions surrounding various technologies such as but not limited to: IDS, IPS, firewalls, anti-virus, content filtering, secure email solutions, log management analysis, mobile device security and application security.
- Must be solutions oriented and customer focused
- Ability to work with all levels of management and staff
