Associate Attorney 2-7 yrs Strong Commercial Contracts Expereince
Our client, a respected Atlanta firm, is looking to add an Associate to work between several practice groups negotiating and drafting commercial contracts of all stripes. This Associate will work with clients in many industries including, but not limited to, technology, healthcare, and financial services. This is a great opportunity to have close interaction with many clients and to do exciting and ever-changing work. A background in IP contracts is a substantial plus and 2-7 years relevant experience in a well-regarded firm and/or in-house environment is a must.
