Associate/ AVP, Campus Strategy & Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition Group recruitment
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute successful campus recruitment events and initiatives
- Develop and maintain strong partnership with university Career Services Offices, faculty, alumni and student groups
- Conduct effective screening and interviews by using structured assessment tools and techniques
- Drive the end-to-end process of recruiting, selecting and on-boarding of Management Associates
- Conceptualise, develop and execute marketing and communication strategies to enhance the DBS brand as Employer of Choice
- Maintain key metrics and generate monthly reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong project management skills; planning, organizing and executing
- Able to multi-task, resourceful and work under pressure
- Sense of ownership and initiative. Creative, good analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, able to build trust and rapport across levels.
- Strong team player
- Prior working experience in campus recruitment will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
