Description
Using established procedures, the qualified candidate will be responsible for the timely and accurate fulfillment of external client access requests to Workbench for the Department's application portal and Client Statements for reporting. Candidate will also be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of internal user access requests and deletions and will assist with various internal access reviews. Candidate will also provide support to the Operations group for file postings and deletions, as well as file transmissions using IPSwitch file transfer software to various internal and external data mover sites. Further duties include testing and updating departmental procedures as needed, recommending process improvements, in addition to various projects as assigned by Management.
Qualifications
Analysts typically possess a Bachelors Degree with strong Analytical and Communication skills, a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and other Microsoft products. Up to 2 years experience within financial services operations
