Associate, Business Operations (F&O / ETD Team)
This incumbent is reporting to the Associate Director of Future Option / Exchange-traded Derivatives Team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide trade processing support for the Commodities and Futures night desk support for global market
- Send out trade recap to clients
- Provide timely support for internal and external queries related to Exchange-traded Derivatives Over-the-Counter trade
- Enhance efficiencies, mitigate risks and increase controls on daily task
- Communicate with brokers to resolve issues and improve service levels
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree holder with 3-5 years relevant experience
- Previous exposure to futures and options business
- Previous knowledge of GMI, SEALS, KIODEX would be a plus
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently on multiple tasks
- Process Management skills - ability to analyze and make improvements to processes
- Able to quickly assimilate information and understand problems, processes and issues at a detailed level
- Able to speak Cantonese, Mandarin and English in business proficiency
