Associate, Consumer and Retail Investing – Private Equity Fund recruitment
Our client is a top private equity firm. They invest in mid - senior level MBO and LBO deals and are now looking to add an associate to one of their teams, focused on retail and consumer investments.
The role will focus on the origination and execution of retail and consumer deals in the pan European space. This will include valuation, structuring, financial analysis and modelling; and portfolio management. Candidates will also have the opportunity to work with portfolio companies on key strategic issues and assist the board and operating management on commercial decision making.
Candidates will have a background as follows:
- 3rd year analyst - 2nd year associate level private investment banking professionals from the major investment banks
- strategy consultants from firms such as McKinsey, Bain, OCC, BCG, Booz and LEK
- experience in the consumer and retail sectors
- ideally you will have fluency in at least two European languages (ie English + one other)
