Associate, Corporate Acquisitions and Strategy, Financial Services recruitment
Our client is a top performing global financial services group, who are now looking to add an associate to their corporate acquisitions and strategy team. This group works on mergers, acquisitions, capital investments, disposals, corporate strategy, and business planning.
The role will focus more on deal execution and MA activity, although the role, by its very nature, will involve aspects of both. You will support the Directors on transactions and investments, and undertake analysis of acquisitions, competitor analysis, financial valuations and deal execution as principal.
Candidates will have a background as follows:
- investment bankers from banks, likely to be at the 3rd year analyst to 1st year associate level
- chartered accoutants/ ACAs with experience in corporate finance or transaction services
- strategy professionals with strong MA experience
- financial services, insurance or related experience
- real interest in a corporate development role
