Location: Madrid
This is a vital role in our business and in it you will set up documentation for and be involved in originating and execution of transactions, undertake company valuations and financial modelling and prepare clients visits, marketing presentations, Information Memoranda, Prospectuses and other transaction documentation (ECM and MA). Coordinating operational cross BU activities related to client transactions and problem solving, you’ll also undertake research and monitor developments/trends in the market.
To succeed, you’ll need to demonstrate:
• Outstanding academic and extracurricular achievement
• Have substantial investment banking experience with an international bank
• Strong analytical, quantitative and interpersonal skills and are enthusiastic about and committed to the investment banking industry
• Fluent English and Spanish
• Willingness to relocate to Madrid
