Associate – Debt Investments (m/f) recruitment
The ideal candidate will have highly developed quantitative skills and understanding of the European Real Estate market.
The core focus of this role is the management Real Estate backed debt portfolio, formulating and executing business plans with the aim of maximising returns. The team oversees the work of the Real Estate asset management and loan servicing teams.
The ideal candidate will have
• Outstanding financial analysis and modelling skills
• Strong understanding of debt financing and restructuring, ideally from a banking environment
• Fluency in English
• A solid understanding of the European commercial Real Estate market
• Strong communication skills and an international perspective
• Excellent transaction management skills with the ability to work with business partners and external advisors
