Associate, Debt Syndications / Equity & M&A. Financial Services, London
My client, a leading Financial Services company are looking to make the hire of a Manager / Deputy manager to join their office in the City. The right candidate will have a very interesting position providing vital transaction execution support for the Syndication of Debt as well as Equity MA transactions.
The role:
- Execution support across debt syndications, equity and MA transactions.
- Support the deal Origination team – creating pitch-books, identifying market opportunities having conducted thorough market research, deal screening and attending important client meetings / pitching to prospective clients.
- Providing the team with regular market updates / updates relating to any relevant developments / issues / news.
Requirements:
- This role is Manager / Deputy Manger level or in IBD terms would be classed as Analyst 3 / Associate 1 / 2 / 3. Candidates are expected to have relevant experience coming from investment banking, corporate finance or private equity.
- Essential to have strong financial modeling skills, transaction structuring experience as well as the ability to prepare transaction material (Information Memo / Teaser Notes / Presentations).
- Very client facing role. Required to support deal origination and be responsible for transaction marketing.
