Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for leading one of our agile development teams and will be instrumental in the design and development our next generation architecture. You will be both a contributing member of the team and the technical leader; you will develop new features, provide troubleshooting support and seed code to your team, you will conduct code reviews and ensure timely delivery of quality code.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in developing enterprise applications using C#, ASP.NET, Web Services (ASMX/WCF), SQL server 2005, XML and other Microsoft .NET technologies . This is an excellent opportunity to join a team that will build the next generation of applications for a highly successful product line. We are an Agile team early in our Agile lifecycle and you can be influential in our path towards Agile greatness.

Candidates should have an advanced skills in design and development of N-tier applications using object-oriented concepts, patterns and best practices.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Strong experience in web application development using ASP.NET and C# on .NET framework 2.0/above
- Proficiency in ASMX/WCF web service development.
- Hands on experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008, Integration Services and T-SQL.
- Firm grasp of RDBMS concepts, data normalization, data modeling, query optimization and SQL injection prevention techniques
- Experience with AJAX and JQuery/JavaScript is required.
- Development experience of Sharepoint 2007/2010, AJAX and Flex/Silverlight is a big plus.
- Should have been part of all phases of SDLC and methodologies
- Knowledge of SOA and Entity Framework
- The ability to stay up to date on trends and developments within functional area of expertise and the industry
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to collaborate within a development team, as well as operate independently
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Application performance troubleshooting experience
- Must have participated in each phase of the development cycle, including Analysis, Design, Coding, Implementing, and Unit Testing

Additional Differentiating Qualifications:
- Experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB's)
- Experience with NoSQL solutions
- Hands on Big Data experience
- Advanced Degree(s)
- Practical and applied Agile SDLC
