Associate Director – Senior Business Analyst (Private Banking) recruitment

Our client is a major regional private bank who is looking to recruit a high caliber individual to support the strategic growth, participate in product initiatives and enhance clients’ experience by providing the necessary business analysis and project management that will facilitate successful product management and distribution.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and manage strategic projects across the region

• Monitor project timelines, milestones and resource conflicts against project goals, local requirements and deliverables.

• Develop and document detailed process maps and flows where relevant which reflect appropriate risk and compliance requirements, balanced with user-friendliness

• Improve organizational effectiveness and resource efficiency through process reviews

• Represent Ops IT to take part in product and business expansion initiatives working with the product group to expedite new products launch

• Analyze business processes/issues and define requirements for business changes or new business initiatives

• Business case development, coordination and approval

• Formulate policies and document procedures

The ideal candidate should be degree qualified with at least 8 years of relevant experience in banking, with PMP Certification preferred. Good working knowledge of the wealth management industry including customer segmentation, capital markets and discretionary products, as well as sales and delivery platforms. Experience in process development and business rule definition. Independent and able to multi task and meet multiple deadlines.
