Audit Snr Manager/Manager – Lage Bank – permanent recruitment
A Large Bank based in Dublin City Centre is sourcing for an Internal Audit Manager and Senior Manager.
Both roles are permanent.
Reporting directly to the Head of Audit your duties will include:
bull; Overseeing, planning and performing audits
bull; Audit of more complex cases involving risk
bull; Supervise and develop audit staff
bull; Finalise audit reports and Board summaries to ensure relevance and accuracy of issues raised
bull; Identify business risks and controls for various business units
bull; Ensure that relevant controls and compliance procedures are and correctly implemented and maintained
bull; Develop audit definitions in order to plan and commence the audits;
bull; Maintain up to date knowledge of audit methodology standards and processes to enable them to conduct audits
bull; Be a key player in major audit projects and advise on systems and procedures ensuring most cost effective and minimizing risk solutions.
This is a great permanent opportunity for:
bull; Fully Qualified Accountant ndash; ACA, ACCA, CIMA
bull; 5-10 years experience in audit and accounting roles within financial services or Big 4 accountancy practice while working with Banking Clients
bull; Controls and products knowledge within lending or Retail banking area
bull; Proven people management skills
bull; Proven ability to deal with Senior Management and build key relationships
bull; This role requires driven and ambitious candidate willing to develop their career further.
