�Key Responsibilities

Experience

5+ years of managing people.
5-7 years detailed knowledge of the provision of compliance services within the financial services sector especially Finprom, tools and retail advice/non-advice systems and controls
Proven management, influencing and negotiating skills.
Strong customer service ethos, a commitment to quality and the will to constantly drive service improvements.
Product Knowledge: Strong on Investment funds, ISAs and personal pensions
Excellent planning, analysis organisation and judgement skills are essential
Excellent communications and people management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
