Associate Director Debt Product Management
You will play a pivitol role within the Debt Product Management Team, working alongside the Directors to build out their Lending Portfolio and drive initations to improve the Corporate's Business performance. In doing so, you will partner with the Coverage and Origination teams to create and drive implementation of the debt strategy for the Corporate Business.
You will have an opportunity to shape a place within the team supporting the Directors working on Debt Strategy, Pricing, Policy and Performance as well as various government lending schemes, including Funding For Lending (FLS); this all with the aim of driving a further step change in debt performance. The recipients of the work include the front line, finance, treasury, ExCo and the Group CEO.
This, along with other ad hoc and varied work streams, makes for a fast paced and high profile role for an ambitious and driven individual.
