Associate Director / Director – Reengineering recruitment
Job Description
This role is with the WB Re-Engineering team. This is a hands-on Process Re-Engineering role that offers the successful candidate an opportunity to participate in the entire end-to-end life cycle of Business Change initiatives. These initiatives are varied depending on the priorities of the Business. These may include pure process re-engineering activities; business growth reviews; driving through and providing support for the WB CCO Office; providing project governance and clarity around policy and procedures. The WB Re-Engineering Team's overriding objective is to deliver efficiencies to the Business.
Key Roles Responsibilities
* Manage senior stakeholders from Business
* Undertake various re-engineering initiatives as prioritized by the WB
* Provide process re-engineering expertise and/or business expertise to uncover root cause issues and develop solutions to address those issues effectively
* Complete work in a timely, complete and accurate manner and be able to manage others to do the same
* Interact with, and provide support to, other colleagues in the WB Re-Engineering team
* To provide project governance when required
Qualifications Skills
The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills and experience:
* Comfortable in interacting with senior management
* A change management mindset and 'can-do' attitude
* Ability to be hands-on as well as operating at a higher, strategic level
* Process Re-Engineering/Change Management skills and experience
* Knowledge of front-to-back operations in the bank across WB businesses
* Ability to operate with minimal guidance and think independently
* Organized and meticulous
* Good PC skills particularly with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project (preferred)
* Good communication skills
* Reliable, discreet and diplomatic
* A team player
