Working within Wholesale Banking this Associate Director role sits in the Corporate and Business Sales team. As the Associate Director your main function will be to identify and develop new FX clients and new FX revenue to facilitate growth in the VIC Business Markets franchise.
As the Associate Director you will be responsible for contributing to the total profit outcome for the VIC/TAS Business Markets team through the identification and conversion of new FX clients, contributing to the growth in the VIC/TAS Business Markets franchise by securing customer business through provision of FX facilities, and contributing to the implementation of a National, State, Partnership, and Specialised Business marketing / business plan to achieve goals. You will also be responsible for:
- Providing input in to the sales strategy for the VIC/TAS Business Markets Team
- Achieving financial and operational targets
- Contributing to team financial targets
- Ensuring that product development translates to revenue development
- Achieving optimal ROE got all customers
To be successful in this role you will have specialist knowledge within the functional area. You will have excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills and will also possess:
- A tertiary qualification in a Finance / Business related discipline
- AFMA Dealer Accreditation
- Extensive experience in a Markets environment
- Knowledge of Foreign Exchange, IRRM products, lending practices, credit and international trade WCS
