Associate Director – HR Manager recruitment
Our client is a newly set up boutique investment bank, which the major shareholders are 2 prime PRC investment banks. The post reports to the CEO and the immediate initiatives are office renovation (about to complete) and administration. The total headcount of this bank is about 30 professionals.
Responsibilities
- Manage full spectrum of human resources function included recruitment selection, compensation benefits, training development, performance management, talent management, employee relations
- Formulate the HR and Administration Policies and Procedures
- Develop and Implement the HRIS
- Participate in strategic planning and work closely with the senior management
- Prepare and manage human resources budget and process.
- Ensure the human resources practices are in compliance with statutory requirements
Requirements
- 10 years banking experience, preferably gained from the PRC investment bank with 3 years in managerial level
- Excellent command of Putonghua and English
- Excellent writing of Chinese
- Excellent interpersonal skill in communicating with different level of people.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and Chinese Word Processing
