Associate Director, Internal Communications recruitment

Our client is looking for a senior executive who will be responsible for all aspects of the internal communications at Group level. This will include advancing the internal communications function through the introduction of best practices that ensure employees in all markets in which the company operates feel well informed about the organisation and its outlook, and are engaged in response to communications initiatives provided at Group level.
- Reviewing current internal communications platforms with a view to refining and expanding these platforms over time
- Developing strong and positive relationships with other departments within the company in order to be able to achieve a common goal of delivering a world class internal communications program
- Ensuring on a day-to-day basis that internal communications are rolled out in an accurate and timely basis
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 to 15 years experience with a significant portion and focus on internal communications at the senior level ideally in financial or professional services. A strategic, creative and detailed oriented mindset is a must, with a track record of instigating internal communications programs that deliver unequivocal value to the organisation.
