Due to the requirements in the Australian market, this business has seen significant growth in deal flow and is looking to expand its high profile team with either an Associate Director or Director.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the role will encompass advising PPP bid consortium regarding creating funding structures for Greenfield infrastructure projects, take the lead on structuring negotiations and drive decisions for new infrastructure projects to financial close, manage and provide guidance to a small team.
The likely candidate will have over 7 years experience in the infrastructure sector preferably from PPP project finance, PPP consortium advisory, government infrastructure advisory or an unlisted infrastructure fund. It is expected that you will have a history of creating debt funding structures for infrastructure assets or projects and have experience leading and developing a team.
