As an Associate Director your main focus will be on deal origination in the resources sector, execution of transactions and staff development.

You will posses:

· 5+ years experience in MA, with 3+ years focussed on the resources sector

· Proven transaction execution expertise

· Excellent analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills

· Broad commercial and business acumen

· The ability to train and develop junior staff members

· A team player attitude with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels

· Strong academic record, including a degree in finance and/or mining/geology

· Strong work initiative and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas
