Associate Director, Solution Delivery, Transaction Banking recruitment

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Implementation Manager (Associate Director / Director) on the following tasks:
1. Implementation - The candidate is primarily tasked to lead project manage complex implementations within agreed timeline. The candidate is also responsible for developing other implementation managers on project management skills.
2. Sales Support - The candidate supports Transaction Banking Sales to secure the business of potential customers especially in customizing solutions. The candidate will also provide feedback on customers' requirements/needs and marketing campaigns to increase the uptake and utilization of the Channels.
3. Client Support - On an on-going basis, the candidate manages a portfolio of key clients.

Key Roles Responsibilities

The candidate is responsible for the following tasks:
1. Customer Implementation
* Delivery of standard customized implementation end-2-end. The tasks include project planning, requirement gathering, customization, technical solutioning, client training, system and post-implementation review.
* Negotiate or facilitate negotiation of customer documentation.
2. Sales Support
* Provide consultation to Transaction Banking Sales on solution formulation
* Assist Team Leader to ensure revenue realization and growth.
* Support RFP/RPF process.
3. Client Support
* Act as a consultant to provide technical solutioning, gathering their feedback and requirements for future system enhancement.
4. Channel/Service Management
* Support product channel releases / commercialization
* Provide (customers') feedback to Channel team to request system enhancement.

Qualifications Skills

1. Knowledge in transaction banking products such as cash management, trade, and working capital.
2. Good experience on trade products preferred.
3. Good understanding on industrial standards/ERPs like SAP, Oracle, SwiftNet
4. Good analytical and problem solving skill
5. Hands-on and solid relevant experience of the following preferred:
* Banking product/project management experience preferred
* Client facing such as selling or post-sales support
* University graduate with 5 year relevant experience
* Good communication interpersonal skills
