Associate – Executive Search recruitment
As a result of continued growth in our business we are looking to hire additional individuals for our research/ execution team
The Roles
• These are Associate level positions that offer an opportunity to help a Senior Consultant / Director build a business area of Webbe International. The role includes responsibilities in the following areas:
• Profile, assess, and evaluate candidates for specific mandated roles
• Network to find potentially suitable candidates
• Work closely with your Manager to deliver long-lists
• Help acquire market intelligence
• Map markets and ensure database is up to date
The Person
• You have a degree from a recognized University combined with experience and/or demonstrated knowledge in financial markets. You excel in a demanding environment and are able to work outside normal working hours. Additional knowledge, skills and aptitudes include:
• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
• High drive and outgoing
• Confident and professional
• Pro-active in making phone calls to confirm and acquire information
