The Attorney should have the following:

- 5-10 years of law firm/in house experience

- Strong 40 Act knowledge

- Private Funds experience

- Solid communication skills  the ability to be part of a team

- Good analytical skills

- Professional and articulate

- Can work well with senior management the business
