Associate, Investing
Top Investment Advisory Firm is seeking Associates to join the Investment Origination Team. Positions are available in New York and San Francisco. These positions will work closely with a senior executive on underwriting, new investments and account management. You may also work on fund-level projects in this role.
Responsibilities include:
• Modeling and due diligence in assessing current and potential investments
• Creating term sheets for prospective borrowers
• Managing metrics, presentations and dashboards for fund-level projects
• Acting as a resource for third party valuation firms, finance, auditors, marketing and fund-raising teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and a strong academic record
• 2+ years of investment banking or leverage finance experience; must have experience with financial modeling
• Relevant experience with and knowledge of financial statements and metrics
• Analytical-minded and detail-oriented
• Demonstrates integrity and pride in their work
• Advanced proficiency with Excel
