Associate, Leveraged Finance provider
This blue chip investment bank has a really successful leveraged and acquisition finance team. They provide specialist debt and leveraged to a broad range of private equity firms and other investors and borrowers, priding themselves on the flexibility with which they offer clients structured financial solutions. They are very successful and have completed numerous financings in recent years.
They are now looking to add an associate to their team, who will work on the origination, execution and portfolio management of acquisition finance deals for the team. The role will involve the broad range of responsibilities including meeting clients, structuring loans, credit analysis, advising on loan structure, and protfolio management.
Its a great role for an Associate or Manager level professional from another lender or debt investor. Its likely that you will have four to eight years experience; its a perfect role for a leveraged finance banker looking to move to a more entreprenerial environment.
