Associate – M&A Corporate Finance recruitment
A leading mid market corporate finance boutique based in London is looking for an Associate to join their team. The boutique has offices located throughout the world and specialises in buy and sell side MA and LBOs.
The company focuses on cross-border, mid market MA transactions, working with a network of private equity funds and corporate clients. The team in London is made up of 25 bankers with an electic mix of ex-bulge bracket bankers as well as those with mid market MA advisory skills and ACA or ACCA qualified accountants. The boutique had its most successful year last year completing 15 deals and the pipeline is very strong for 2012, hence they are looking to hire.
Candidates should have 3-6 years of investment banking experience either with an investment bank, advisory boutique, Big 4 accountancy firm or private equity fund. Candidates will have excellent financial modeling and valuation skills as well as being able to demonstrate client-facing skills.
