Currenex Integration Team Client Communication Manager recruitment

DESCRIPTION: Responsible for the planning, maintaining, and coordination of all Currenex Integration client facing communication, including client accessed integration team web site, technical specifications and supporting documents. Track all client facing integration activity

TASKS and RESPONSIBILITES:

• Determine all integration team client facing activity, including specifications and integration documentation
• Work closely with development to ensure communication is correct, including
o Maintain specifications
o Write new specifications
o Write and maintain any supporting documentation
• Maintain integration support web site
o Work with product team on web site look and feel
o Ensure latest versions of all client facing documents are available
o Ensure authorized user access, only
• Track all on going integration projects, including details on
o Client
o Account manager
o Integration contact
o Services utilized
o Connectivity type
o Client e-mail and phone contacts
o Time lines
• Track all active White Label institutional clients, including details on
o Trade flow
o Prime brokerage
o Service offered clients
• Track all active institutional clients, including
o Client
o Account manager
o Services utilized
o Trade flow
o Client e-mail and phone contacts
• Track all approved client related integration development work.
o Bug reports
o Enhancement Requests
o Maintain schedule
o Notify client when work is complete and fix/enhancement is ready
• Client Communications
o Write draft e-mails for general client communications
o Circulate draft for review and approval
o Coordinate distribution with Product and Trade Operations (TradeOps) teams

Skills

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and resource management
• Knowledge of basic financial terms and principles
• Proficiency in software applications such as Excel, Word, et. al.
