Associate, Mergers and Acquisitions – FTSE Insurance Company recruitment
Our client is a FTSE insurance firm.
They have a Corporate Development and Strategy team in London, who work on corporate strategy, business development and non organic growth initiatives. They are now looking to add an associate to their team, who will work on MA for the group as principal.
The focus of the role will be the execution of acquisitions, disposals and investments for the firm. This would involve due diligence, valuations, financial modelling, deal execution and business integration. You will manage quite large parts of the deals as principal.
There is some flexibility around the level of candidate they can hire, but is suitable for those up to Senior Associate/ Junior VP with an investment bank. We will also consider chartered accountants and those from other insurance companies. Candidates will have insurance valuations experience and probably have 4-7 years minimum experience.
