Associate, Mid-market M&A
The combined group has a presence in over 50 countries providing clients with a comprehensive range of commercial and investment banking products. The MA team have a significant network across Europe with offices in London and mainland Europe and are looking to hire a junior Associate to work across sectors with a specialisation in Industrials and Healthcare transactions. The team is structured almost like a boutique with access to an investment bank’s client base. Associates are involved throughout the whole deal process, working with MDs and Directors on transactions and assisting to build and manage mid-level client relationships.
The successful candidate will:
- Be fluent in an additional European language
- Currently be an Associate at a leading investment bank or boutique advisory firm
- Or have recently qualified in a Big 4 Corporate Finance team with MA/lead advisory experience
- Be capable of working independently
- Have the ability to identify key valuation drivers and be able to reconcile output from different models
- Be able to originate small transactions independently on transactions
- Have an outstanding academic record
