Associate or Assistant Manager FIG recruitment
Led by a highly experienced MD this growing division will provide CF advisory services to the institutions' strong customer base which covers both the public and private market incorporating a number of specific business streams. In every circumstance the strength of the relationship developed with the client is exceptionally strong reflecting the capabilities and understanding of the group.
You will be supporting a range of services including MA, IPO's and Restructuring and applicants must therefore have:
- 1 to 3 years corporate finance transaction services or lead advisory experience gained or related function.
- FIG sector knowledge is ideal but not a pre-requisite. (the more biased towards FIG the better).
- Ideally candidates who would like to return back to the North West or already based there.
- A newly qualified ACA - someone who is qualified out of Transaction Services or lead advisory (ideally someone out of practice) or a strong corporate financier from Investment Banking with good deal experience.
- 1st class academics.
- Real desire and passion to work in FIG.
- Capable of being a Managing Director.
- Good salesmanship / Entrepreneurial flair / go-getters.
- Confident, someone capable of ideas and ultra-competitive.
