Associate Partner
You will join a team which works closely with many of the world’s top financial organisations; providing business strategy consulting and managing projects aimed at improving efficiency and productivity.
We are looking for someone with an excellent track record working as a consultant within the financial markets.
Responsibilities:
- Managing delivery of consulting projects across our financial services client base.
- Managing relationships; developing new, and managing existing, revenue streams.
- Developing junior consultants and analysts; managing internal resources.
- Working with Senior members of our business to continue to develop strategic plan for our growing business.
- Attract and develop and high quality team to work on delivery to multiple clients.
- Business strategy: Working with the CFO and CFO COO on matters of strategic importance to develop plans, design pragmatic solutions, and generate opportunities to drive the business forward, working with stakeholders across CS.
Required skills, attributes background:
- 10-15 years experience in strategy or management consulting to Financial Markets firms.
- Strong Project Management experience and skills
- Solid strategic analysis, problem solving, issue resolution and decision making skills
- Innovative approach; experienced in developing innovative ideas and client value propositions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, interest and ability to manage client relationships
- Team management and leadership, ability to contribute to (and be rewarded for) the growth of consulting business
- Ability to communicate with C-level clients.
- Mathematical ability / quantitative bias
- MBA preferred but not pre-requisite
