About our client
Our client is a global Private Equity investor with billions under management investing in funds across all sub classes including venture capital, buyout, mezzanine/subordinated debt, restructuring/distressed debt and special situation partnerships in both developed and emerging markets.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with other members of the team in the assessment of fun investment opportunities
- Being involved across the process from quantitative analysis – portfolio valuation, meeting managers and preparing investment memos
- Contributing to market research on specific sectors, maintaining market intelligence as well as adhoc projects
- Monitoring existing portfolio relationships
Skills we’re looking for
- Strong academic records
- PE, Corporate finance/ Investment banking, strategy consulting or lead advisory analyst training
- Strong research, analytical and quantitative skills
- Commitment to pursuing a long term career as a fund investor
- Excellent communication - confident speaker and proficient writing skills
- Ability to build long term relationships, high level of professionalism, discretion and good judgement
- Ability to work within a small, cooperative team and liaise confidently with senior management
- Proactive/ self starter attitude, enthusiastic to work within a small team part of a large and well known organisation
