Associate, Private Equity – China deals recruitment
A leading global buyout fund with a strong regional track record are looking for an Associate to join its China investment team. Regional deals will also be screened.
Seeking candidates with 2-4 years' experience in bulge bracket investment banks, consulting or Private Equity, with undergraduate / post-graduate degrees from top universities, and excellent professional and academic track record. Mandarin fluency is required.
A unique opportunity to gain international PE training, learn and apply fundamental strategic analysis and develop skills as an investor.
Responsibilities include:
- Due Diligence
- Financial analysis and modeling
- Presenting market and industry findings
- Execution and liaising with multiple advisors
- Management dealings with prospective China firms
This role will be based either in Hong Kong or Shanghai.
