Requirements:
- 2-4 years solid experience gained in an Investment Bank, Private Equity Fund or Consultancy Firm

Strong quantitative and analytical skill set with ability to summarise complex transactions

Solid understanding of business valuation techniques

Attention to detail and ability to digest complexity while understanding bigger picture of business needs
-
Must be a strong self-starter and be able to work independently while successfully working on a team environment

Strong presentation, negotiation and pitching skills
-
Fluency in Polish is a prerequisite
Primary Responsibilities:

Perform analysis of potential investments across CEE region
-
Conduct research on sectors and specific companies
-
Create full valuation models for potential investment targets, including modelling of financial projections and sensitivity analysis
- Assist in the investment process from sourcing to completion including the organisation and execution of due diligence as well as preparation of investment recommendations
- Assist seniors in monitoring existing investments and participate in fund raising processes
