We’re hearing about a healthy flow of assets coming onto the market and a renewed sense of confidence across some of the better placed funds in the market. Our client is a leading name in the industry, with an excellent track record and a healthy capital position. They are busy on acquisitions and looking to strengthen their bench at Associate level. Adopting a typical industry agnostic model, they have developed a reputation for commercialism and operational improvement, as well as successful exiting from investments. They offer Associates a clear line of sight with regards to progression and equity participation, within a culture that is inclusive and collaborative.
Suitable candidates must display a genuine interest in investing, supporting by evidence of broader commercial thinking / experience over and above strong transaction skills.
